Page rank updation is coming up it will be between end of july to mid of august, most of the bloggers are eagerly waiting for it.

Any way no one can say when google will update its toolbar, Hmmm… coming to the point how we can able to achieve page rank (PR) 6 in a month is very simple with little effort, just read it…

This method is not about paid links its a free way to do it, we all of heard about sites like digg.com which brings high volume of traffic to our sites, if you are able to bring site on home page it sends floods of traffic which is PR 8, and its really hard to get on the home page of digg.com and even harder to stay on it.

But if we see there are a lot of social bookmarking sites available which are better enough, for example we can consider www.netscape.com and its PR 9 again getting on, and staying on the homepage can be a difficult task.

Well if we peep at netscape.com a bit deeper, we have several tags category for example finance, loans, cash advance, treatment etc… we can find PR 6 5 4 etc.., but whats the point here, if you observe carefully the stories that are submitted on those categories are of 25 or 30 days old, which seriously helps in getting high page rank, and its ethical no gimmicks here but getting only high PR doesn’t mean we get high traffic, thats a totally different matter.

Some Basics on Adsense

We all or some of us are already making money with adsense, but not to the fullest we can from it, below are the simple steps which can bring some great CTR (click through ratio).

Blend your ads : most of us are very lazy to do this, we just put off the same old default code (java script), just spend 1 minute for setting your ad’s background color to be exactly the same color as webpage’s background color.

Selection of Banner Size : I used so many format of ad size and out of that most of us use the 468*60 which is not that effective, I personally now use the rectangular 336*280 size and my results increased 10 times than 468*60, its because most of internet users know 468*60 is an ad right off the bat.

One more thing avoid image ads, use only text based ads unless it’s needed for the template you setup.

You need to be careful with hyper link color too… use standard blue or purple color for your links or else blend the link color to match. People do not see it as a link unless they are in blue/purple.
